The Tortuga collection is a new range of silver jewellery for Autumn/Winter 2003.
Inspired by a trip to the Far East and the creatures that live on its shores, Tortuga is a tribute in modern design to the fascinating markings of the skins of exotic reptiles and marine life.
A hand-carved Tortuga motif on the surface of the metal, gives the silver in this new collection a different identity. The natural, familiar pattern of repeated soft squares echoes the skin of a turtle and creates a look and feel of durable, luxurious leathers and hides: skin reborn in metal.
